Disputes resolved through negotiation, then RERA adjudication. Courts in Ghaziabad, UP have jurisdiction.
Our refund policy is governed by RERA 2016 and the terms of the Allotment Letter.
Within 30 days: full refund less ₹10,000 processing fee. After 30 days before registration: refund less 10% cancellation charges.
Full refund plus 10.85% interest per annum from date of payment, per RERA provisions.
Approved refunds processed within 60 days via NEFT/RTGS.
